COMPREHENSIVE MENTAL HEALTH ASSESSMENT/EARLY CHILDHOOD MENTAL HEALTH CONSULTATION | EGYPTIAN PUBLIC AND MENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT
A qualified assessment specialist will conduct a comprehensive mental health assessment on all child and adolescent referrals. After their needs are identified, the assessment specialist will recommend the program to fit the child's needs. If the child requires psychiatric medication in addition to primary health care, the family may choose to utilize the on-site family Nurse Practitioner who will be able to provide both services.
