HOME BASED SERVICES | EPILEPSY FOUNDATION OF GREATER SOURTHERN ILLINOIS
This program is designed to offer an array of community support services such as respite, therapy services, day training programs, transportation, and nursing services through the coordination by EFGSI's HBS team leader. The program is open for adults and children in the community.
