Provides special education services and resources to the students, parents, teachers, and administrators of the district. Services include: - Physical therapy. - Occupational therapy. - Speech language therapy. - School social work. - School psychology. - Audiological evaluation. - Assistive technology. - Preschool screening. - Secondary Transitional Experience Program (S.T.E.P.). Glassford Center - PRIDE House services: - Independent living and development. - Vocational assessment and development. - Social skills assessment and development. Glassford Center activities may include: - Rules. - Menu planning and preparation. - Proper cleaning demonstrations. - Student interviews. - Vocational assessments. - Money management. - Laundry skills training. - Job shadowing and volunteering. - Daily living skills training. - Healthy/safe living training. Norris City Annex: Serves students whose needs cannot be adequately met in their home school districts, including students who are struggling with emotional and/or behavioral issues, and students with communication difficulties. The primary focus is to give students social and behavioral skills they need to successfully return to their home schools.
