If your child has difficulty with any of these specific communication categories, it may look like this:Speech sounds: Producing sounds incorrectly or being difficult to understand.Language: Difficulty understanding spoken/written language and demonstrating difficulties with grammar, the meaning of words, and pragmatics.Stuttering: Repeating sounds/words or pausing while trying to communicate.Social Skills: Difficulty communicating with same-aged peers and understanding how others may think/feel. This may include predicting, inferencing, idioms, and emotions.
