Application process

(1) Schedule a free initial interview through phone, email, or online, (2) You will receive an intake application package in the mail, (3) After intake application is completed and returned, staff will verify your insurance benefits and reach out to schedule a time for an initial consultation and parent interview, (4) After the initial consultation is complete, CABS will work with your insurance company to request an authorization for an initial assessment. (5) Once authorization is received, CABS will reach out to you to schedule an intake assessment to determine the treatment program that best fits the child. (6) Following the assessment, an assigned staff member will set a time to review outcomes of the assessment, the treatment plan, and recommended service hours and treatment goals. (7) Once CABS has reviewed the treatment plan with you, they will share this plan along with a request to begin services to your insurance company. (8) While waiting for authorization, the CABS team will work with you to create a schedule based on your child's availability and recommended treatment hours, put together a team of behavioral therapists for the plan, and assign a certified professional staff member to your child's program.
