Responsibilities: - Prosecutes all state criminal cases (felony and misdemeanor) and traffic cases for Moultrie County. - Provides the legal counsel for county business. - Assists those petitioning for Orders of Protection. - Goes to court to collect unpaid child support. - May assist with victim restitution and plea offer requests. This office does not represent individual citizens.
