Community Assistance Programs offers pre-employment soft skills training that addresses workplace vocabulary, personal appearance, basic communication skills, basic written communication, and a host of preparation workshops. These trainings have included industry positions in customer service, transportation, distribution and logistics, healthcare, protective services, retail, construction, government, child care, and a host of other positions requiring hands-on training.
