(1) Call Rent/Mortgage Assistance number to leave a message with a name, phone number, and a short explanation of your situation (2) A staff person will call back to complete an assessment by phone (3) If appropriate, an appointment will be scheduled to complete application (4) Provide all required documents at time of appointment
