(1) Call or visit during listed hours to register. (2) Call Rent/Mortgage Assistance number to leave a message with a name, phone number, and a short explanation of your situation. (3) A staff person will call back to complete an assessment by phone. (4) If appropriate an appointment will be scheduled.
