Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, Central DuPage Hospital, Rush University Medical Center, Advocate Children's Hospital-Oak Lawn, Advocate Children's Hospital-Park Ridge, Loyola University Medical Center, University of Chicago Comer Children's Hospital, Children's Hospital University of Illinois, and University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital
