Application process

Individuals can privately and easily book their appointments online for select services 24/7. For the full set of services, individuals can call a local clinic to book an appointment.

Fees

Please contact a local health center for STD services pricing information. Individuals ages 19 and older who have no health insurance and meet financial criteria may qualify for the Merck Vaccine Patient Assistance Program to receive the HPV vaccine (Gardasil) at no charge. Other fees may apply. Some STD testing and treatment services may be covered by insurance.
