This eight-week anger management skills training group is an instructional group that helps children learn effective ways to deal with anger. Through using a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, participants will gain the power to improve their reactions when experiencing anger. During the group, participants will learn skills through fun activities and role-play scenarios.
