Adult Day Service is a program of organized activity and socialization that helps individuals maintain their independence and sense of well-being. The program is also designed to provide care for those with Alzheimer's Disease and related Dementia. Transportation is provided throughout Perry County. Breakfast and lunch are provided, and a nurse is on staff to monitor blood pressures, blood sugars, and provide medication.
