Center on Halsted's SAGEWorks program is a work readiness program for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender workers 60 and older who need or want to return to the workplace. The 8-week program includes computer classes, resume and interviewing workshops, and information about job opportunities.

Center on Halsted is a community center dedicated to supporting its community and promoting the health and well-being of LGBTQIA+ individuals in Chicagoland. It offers community and cultural programs, a cyber center, HIV/AIDS and STD testing and counseling, legal services, behavioral health support, senior services, anti-violence initiatives, youth programs, and women's services.
