Chicago Family Health Center (CFHC) provides health care services for every stage of a woman's life - from puberty and pregnancy through menopause and beyond. The Women's Health services include a full range of medical services for women of all ages and provide comprehensive care for routine, urgent, and chronic medical needs, as well as sexual health, reproductive and gynecological services, immunizations, and referrals.
