Thrive with Pride is an award-winning project of AgeOptions, the Area Agency on Aging for Suburban Cook County. Together with their partner sites, they are building a more inclusive aging network for suburban Chicagoland.Thrive with Pride Cafes are envisioned as safe spaces where older adults and caregivers can learn more about benefits and aging services, share their stories, and discuss topics that matter in a safe, affirming environment. AgeOptions provides programming tailored to participants' needs and interests at each site.
