Riveredge Hospital Outpatient Services offers five support groups for adults (18+):Art & DBT Group: This group uses art to explore DBT skills aimed at improving emotion regulation, enhancing interpersonal relationships, increasing distress tolerance, and promoting mindfulness.Stress and Anxiety Management Group: This group is designed to help individuals develop strategies to cope with stress and anxiety through group discussion and psychoeducation.Women's Trauma Recovery Group: This group is designed for women who have experienced trauma to connect with others in a safe and non-judgmental space to explore the impact trauma has had on their lives, develop coping skills, and reduce feelings of isolation.Common Connections Process Group: This group fosters empathy, mutual support, and personal growth through meaningful social interaction and group discussion.Coping with Physical Illness Group: This group is designed to improve emotional, psychological, and social well-being while navigating the stress of physical illness.
