Offers holistic, individualized programs to empower youth ages 16-24 who are runaway, trafficked, and at-risk of or experiencing homelessness to identify their own path to independence. Services include Homeless Drop In Centers, Community Shelters, Alternative Education, Job Finding Assistance, At Risk Youth Employment Programs, Case/Care Management, Life Skills Education, Extreme Cold Warming Centers, Extreme Heat Cooling Centers, and Outreach Programs.
