Mon-Thu: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Sat: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

- No fees for clients picking up their items. Must pick up items within 3 business days of appointment and have enough help to load their vehicle without assistance from agency. Items not picked up within the 3 day time frame will be restocked for future clients. - No fees for delivery. Upon delivery RF4F will unload the truck, but it is the client's responsibility to move items into their place of residence.

Clients are served according to the following priorities: - Clients who have been homeless (within the last six months) or are fleeing domestic violence. - Clients living with incomes at or below the Federal Poverty Guidelines (100%). - Clients working with a case manager from a referring agency who can do the assessment for this service.
