Mental Health First Aid Training: An eight-hour workshop that is designed to increase knowledge about mental illness, reduce stigma and offer appropriate supports to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. Will also learn warning signs and risk factors for depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, suicide, substance abuse and more.
