Youth Job Development | Boy Scouts of America, Ozark Trails Council

Provides comprehensive year-round youth development programs designed to take youth from the classroom to the workplace. The Explorer or worksite-based program is delivered through a collaborative effort of schools, businesses, and corporations. The hands-on program allows the participant to work with someone in a particular field to learn more about the career opportunity.
