The mission of Interfaith Housing Development Corporation (IHDC) is to promote and develop long-term affordable housing for low-income, underserved populations in collaboration with local communities. In total, IHDC has generated 952 affordable rental units throughout the metropolitan Chicago area, most of which target special needs populations.
