Digital Equity - YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago - Rauner Family YMCA

In order to help community members gain access to technology and digital literacy resources, the Y now offers in-person computer labs, known as Tech Hubs, at several YMCA locations. Community members can use these free resources to take care of important tasks, such as registering for a COVID-19 vaccine, free digital literacy resources, job searching, grocery shopping, and much more.

Individuals can use their computers and get support from a Digital Navigator. Additionally, if you are a Chicago resident you can call the bilingual Chicago Connected Community Help Desk via (312) 440-2416 or via email at [email protected] to get help or to set up an in-person meeting at a lab or at a different location.
