Supportive Services - Erie Family Health Centers - Evanston/Skokie

Erie provide varies supportive and wraparound services to support families and individuals. The Family Case Management (FCM) program provides comprehensive service coordination to improve the health, social, education, and developmental needs of pregnant women, and infants (0-12 months) from low-income families in the communities of Cook County. The Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program offers free mammograms, breast exams, pelvic exams, and Pap tests to eligible women. The Better Birth Outcomes (BBO) Program offers a standardized prenatal education curriculum to high-risk pregnant women in targeted areas of the state. WIC helps families eat well and stay healthy.
