Provides a rehabilitation program for veterans with mental illness, addictive disorders, or homelessness. Offers an eighteen-bed residential treatment facility that provides peer and professional support. Services include: - Ongoing assessments and evaluations - Personal finance assistance - Case management to assist with securing stable housing in the community - Life skills education and training - Transportation to weekly recovery meetings in the community - Weekly peer recovery, music therapy, and recreation groups - Referrals to individual therapy and specialized group therapy - Monthly meetings with nurse to develop and increase medication management skills - Learning new stress reduction skills to promote problem-solving skills Also offers the Compensated Work Therapy Program to develop and increase vocational skills.
