- Free and confidential support for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people, and those with questions about sexual orientation and/or gender identity. - Services include phone support through three national, toll-free hotlines; peer-support web chat with a trained peer-counselor; factual information about LGBT issues, safer-sex info, and local resources for cities and towns nationally. - All volunteer peer-counselors are gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender.
