Eligibility

The child must be younger than 3 at the time of enrollment. Home visiting is for pregnant people and families with children 0-3. Family income is at or below the federal poverty guidelines (for the previous 12 months or previous calendar year,Public Assistance_ Family is currently eligible for or receiving SNAP, TANF, or SSI.Homeless- Your child is experiencing homelessness or resides in foster care.Over Income- If the child does not meet any of the above, enrollment is still possible. Up to 10% of the programs funded enrollment may be children from families with income above the the Head Start guidelines.
