Crisis Support
Turning Point Behavioral Health Care Center provides Emergency Service (EST) on a 24/7 basis for all residents of Niles Township and adult residents of Northfield/New Trier Township, including adult clients at the Josselyn Center in Northfield. No one who calls EST experiencing a psychiatric crisis is denied access to services unless the client has been administratively discharged from EST as a result of misuse of the service.

Mobile crisis response teams are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Anyone can call.
Eligibility
EST is available to individuals of all ages. Anyone experiencing a psychiatric emergency, regardless of age, geographic location, or status as a Turning Point client, may contact their crisis line 24/7 to speak with a crisis worker to help resolve their issue.
