Skills for Chicagoland's Future provides Skills partners with leading local companies to develop career pathways though coaching, mentoring, and educational opportunities for young professionals. Candidates are fast-tracked from an entry-level job into short-term education paid by their new employee all while receiving mentorship and guidance to help achieve a promotion as education is completed.
