Chinese American Service League's (CASL's) Behavioral Health team provides compassionate, culturally competent therapy to individuals and families across all ages. Their approach is rooted in trauma-informed care: they prioritize safety, trust, and empowerment while actively collaborating with community partners to ensure holistic support. Along with counseling, they provide:Assessments and treatment planningCrisis intervention to stabilize urgent situationsCase management and care coordination to address the unmet needs affecting behavioral healthCommunity workshops to reduce stigma and build coping skillsServices are offered both via telehealth and in-person.
