Hamdard Health Alliance works in close collaboration with partners to develop culturally relevant health programming. Health Educators work alongside Primary Care Providers to provide the tools, knowledge, and resources individuals need to take control of their health challenges. Hamdard's Outreach and Education department manages all types of community initiatives to ensure that their patient population has the information necessary to make good choices about their health and wellness.
