Commodities are delivered (beginning in January) every other month to the Victory Park Center, (second Wednesday), Northeast Senior Center (second Tuesday), and the Asian Senior Center (second Wednesday).

Commodities available for eligible seniors age 60+.

Offers a food pantry. Also operates the Commodities Supplemental Food Program.

Provides participants with a monthly nutrition food package to assist them in obtaining an adequate diet and to help stretch available food dollars. Foods available are canned meats, juices, vegetables and fruits, cold and hot cereals, peanut butter, rice, macaroni, spaghetti, UHT and non fat dry milk, and cheese.

Also covers the Jasper County area.

Commodity Supplemental Food Program
The Missouri Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) works to improve the health of participants by supplementing their diets with nutritious U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) commodity foods. The program is administered by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (MDHSS) and funded by the USDA.
Provides government commodities per USDA guidelines.
Distributes USDA food to eligible residents in need.
Provides foods purchased and distributed by the USDA to seniors who are sixty and over.

Provides nutritious supplemental food from USDA to seniors 60 years of age and older. Participants must meet income guidelines.

CSFP does not provide all the food a person needs. It provides supplemental food with good sources of nutrients which may be lacking in the diets of the participants
