LBFE provides a variety of services to individuals aged 70 and older. Services include home visitation, onsite social events and provided activities, home-delivered and onsite meals, food pantry, case management, and intergenerational programs. Services are also available in both English and Spanish.

Persons in need of food may call and leave a message, and the members responding to the call may access local food pantries and deliver the food to the person in need or direct the person to other available resources.

Provides non-perishable food items and donated fresh produce, when available, once every 30 days. Diapers and formula also offered, when available.

Anyone that would like to have the food pantry deliver to their home, can call ahead for a food delivery. This is only available for those in Polk County. No delivery on weekends, but a pick up time can be set up if needed. Call 515-518-4770 for further assistance.

Offers a Food for Seniors program providing groceries to income eligible seniors in Champaign and Urbana who are in need of food. Groceries are delivered by volunteers on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month

Emergency Food Fund for Seniors in Champaign and Douglas Counties is for seniors that have been determined to be in emergent need of food by caseworkers. Caseworkers may get food to cover them until other resources are available. (For example, a senior needs food on a Friday when there are no open food pantries). Caseworker will submit a request for emergency funds to shop and deliver food to the senior to cover the weekend.

Provides food to anyone in need.

Food Delivery available to those that cannot afford groceries and to those that cannot leave their house to access food resources. Call Resources Unite's main phone number to set up a food delivery. Deliveries made by Dubuque Area Labor Harvest.

A food pantry that provides food based on family size. The food pantry is sponsored by the Riceville Ministerial Association. May provide vouchers for fresh fruits, vegetables and eggs through the local Farmer's Market on a seasonal basis. Second and fourth Tuesday of the month 6pm-7pm, first and third Wednesday of each month 4pm-6pm Donations of food and contributions accepted. Empowers people to access healthy and sustainably grown foods and addresses the root causes of hunger: - Walnut Grove Vocational Farm: Provides horticultural, agricultural and life skills to individuals with developmental disabilities. For program information visit website. - Grow Mobile: A mobile food program to bring food to individuals with food insecurity. - Genoa Area Community Food Hub: A brick-and-mortar food pantry open either on Monday mornings or Tuesday evenings once per week. Pay As You're Able meals provide hot meals to anyone who wants them every other month. Food pantry home delivery program in that brings food and essential supplies to individuals and families in need.

To sign up for free deliveries, client must live within the delivery area of a United Way food pantry partner and work with them directly to set up free delivery. Current partners are:

The food pantry is open only on Tuesdays 1pm-5pm. Provides food and personal grooming supplies for people in need. Donations of food and grooming supplies appreciated. This is a participating TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) food pantry. Enrollment into TEFAP is confidential. Individuals participating in the FoodShare, School Nutrition Program, WIC, or Senior Meals programs may participate in TEFAP without impacting their ability to qualify for those programs. Shopping for Seniors is a program for individuals who need assistance with their grocery shopping needs, every Tuesday at Main Street Market. Volunteers call to take grocery orders and other volunteers shop the orders, giving these individuals an opportunity to remain in their homes longer.

Provides a holistic approach to medical problems and aim to address unmet social needs of patients.

Better Sister and Brother Growth Network provides monthly food boxes to low-income families, individuals, and seniors withing the community. Food is dropped off at the front door.
Serves members of the Somali community and other immigrants experiencing financial hardships due to lack of employment and/or low-paying jobs.

Provides vouchers to buy food; low-income families may receive food distributed to their homes.

Provides information and referrals to sheltering/housing assistance programs.

Delivers food and other essential items to the homes of Champaign County families in need, who are unable to access such items on their own.
Clayton County Food Shelf provides food to those in need. Items available include boxed and canned food, diabetic food items, and baby items (when available) including diapers, formula, and baby food. There are usually have some perishable items on hand including: milk, bread, fresh produce in season, ground beef, venison, and eggs. Use of the pantry is limited to once a month; this may vary depending on circumstances. Home delivery is possible when necessary; call for information. The pantry is also available by appointment early mornings, late evenings, and weekends (call for an appointment). This is a participating TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) food pantry. Enrollment into TEFAP is confidential and requires proof of address and identification. Individuals participating in the FoodShare, School Nutrition Program, WIC, or Senior Meals programs may participate in TEFAP without impacting their ability to qualify for those programs.

Sharing Table is a food pantry delivery service that is offered to those who are unable to travel to a food pantry, due to mobility or medical issues. Sharing Table runs through the partnership between the HOPE Center, Wesley Foundation, and United Way.

Orders must be placed by Friday to receive a delivery Wednesday night. Limited spots available each week.

Forty Acres Fresh Market is a startup grocer that specializes in selling fresh produce at an everyday low price. Founded in response to the lack of fresh food options on Chicago's West Side, it currently operates as a mobile grocery store and hosts pop-up markets in underserved communities.
