Prepares and delivers regular meals to older adults and people with disabilities who are unable to travel to a site where a meal is being served. Home delivered meals available for: Tipton, Durant, Stanwood, Lowden, Clarence, Rochester, Springdale, West Branch, and Mechanicsville.

Provides hot meals delivered around midday to home bound seniors on a general diet. This program serves seniors throughout Sangamon and Menard Counties.

Senior Care Options program available to older Nebraskans who are considering admission to a nursing home and may be eligible for Medicaid assistance. Clients are screened according to a standardized assessment process developed by the Department of Health and Human Services.

Care Managers arrange for services, which allow older adults to live as independently as possible, for as long as possible.

Housekeeping and supportive services to include grocery shopping, cleaning, laundry, transportation and personal care.

Family Caregiver Support for those caring for an aging adult or grandparents caring for a minor child. Provides information, assistance, support group, respite care, and supplemental services.

Home delivered meals are provided to homebound by reason of illness, disability or isolation. The meals meet 1/3 of the daily dietary recommended needs of adults 60 years and over and the requirements of the Older Americans Act and state and local laws.

Public benefit services, legal assistance, education, Medicare filing, and volunteer training through SHIIP.

- Hot Meal Delivery: Freshly prepared meals, delivered hot over the lunch hour up to five days a week.

- Frozen Meal Packs: Mix and match a pack of 5 or 7 ready-to-heat meals, delivered weekly.

All meals are prepared in the Meals-on-Wheels kitchen in the Drake neighborhood and are hand-delivered by drivers and volunteers Mon-Fri.

Funding is available for those living on a limited income. Clients do not need to receive meals every day and schedules can be flexible.

Peace United Church of Christ offers a free community meal once each month. The meal is held on the third Thursday each month from 5pm to 6:30pm at Peace United Church of Christ. To-go meals are also available.
Offers a congregate meal site, home delivery meals are offered through Marion County Senior Nutrition.
