Meals Plus for Seniors: Hot meals are provided where individuals can socialize with others and enjoy recreational, educational and social activities.

Provides senior centers and congregate meal sites for seniors ages 60 and over. The locations provide the opportunity to meet other seniors for recreational, social, and educational activities.

- Malta Club 55, meal served Monday and Friday at 12 pm

Congregate meals are provided to qualified individuals. The meal must meet 1/3 of the daily recommended dietary needs of adults 60 and over, including the requirements of the Older Americans Act and state and local laws.

City of Palos Hills Community Center hosts the 39ers Club which meets every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month. Different activities are planned which include lunch, entertainment, and bingo. This program is for Palos Hills residents 55 years and older.
St. Thomas Episcopal Church provides meals every second Saturday of the month.

Metropolitan Asian Family Services (MAFS) provides nutritionally balanced lunches along with an opportunity for seniors to make friends and socialize to break free from isolation. These meals are freshly prepared by trained cooks under strict hygienic conditions. Meals are available for delivery to participants as well.
