Provides resources for seniors living Zion Township. Offers taxi coupons where seniors receive 50% discount on taxi travel within the city limits. Also offers a medical loan closet where seniors in need can receive medical equipment. Also assists seniors to connect with Catholic Charities to sign up for the Meals on Wheels program. - Food is provided to a family once per month. More frequent distribution may be made in case of emergency. - Food delivered to the elderly and disabled homebound clients.

Home-delivered meals are available for those individuals who are homebound and on a general diet. Arrangements for home delivery may be made through the Daily Bread program at least one day in advance.

Delivers meals older adults who are homebound because of illness, physical or mental impairment, or if otherwise isolated. At least one Home Delivered Meal is delivered hot, other meals may be frozen depending on the delivery area. Meals contain one-third of the current recommended dietary allowance.
A community service which provides the delivery of hot and healthy noontime meals to an individual in the comfort and privacy of their own home. All Meals are heart healthy and diabetic safe. The meals provide one-third of the recommended daily allowance of nutrition. Specialized diets including renal, low lactose, and pureed are also available.
Hot midday meals delivered five days a week to seniors who are homebound and are unable to prepare their own food due to physical or mental difficulties. In some programs an evening sack meal may be included.
- Senior Dining Site: Hot, nourishing meals with various activities. - Home-Delivered Meals: Nutritious meals are provided to seniors who are homebound because of illness, physical or mental impairment, or who are otherwise isolated. - Transportation: Transportation for business, shopping, doctors appointments, pharmacies, trips to the Sunshine Center, or other community services and events.
