Booth House: Provides emergency shelter for individuals and families who are homeless including three meals per day. Also, provides counseling, case management and supportive services to individuals staying in the shelter.

Emergency Shelter Provides emergency shelter for boys and youth identifying as boys, ages 14-17 years. Serves eight boys at a time with maximum stay of 120 days. Offers support and guidance to plan next steps. Transitional Housing Provides transitional living program for young adults of any gender, ages 18-23 years. Serves six young adults for up to two years. Also offers two emergency beds for young adults.

Brave Space Alliance provides temporary residential support for up to 18 months in the Jasmine Alexander Housing Building. The Jasmine Alexander Housing Building (JAHB) supports trans and LGBTQ+ individuals experiencing homelessness and/or housing instability. JAHB residents will receive three prominent resources: Workforce Development, Financial Literacy, and Dignity.

The Child Link Transitional Living Program has been established with the goal of supplying young adult women, who will soon be aging out of the system, with the skills needed for self-sufficiency and independence. The program teaches resourcefulness through practical hands-on learning techniques emphasizing the development of educational, vocational, financial, domestic, and personal safety skills. The young women are first financially supported by Child Link, then they are encouraged to open bank accounts and support themselves.

The Transitional Housing (TH) Program provides various services as survivors strive to establish safe and stable homes free from violence. The program assists survivors with searching for affordable rental housing in communities in which survivors desire to live (based on their consideration of children's school/day-care, employment, support systems, etc.), providing rental subsidy and utility support for up to 24 months, and regaining emotional stability and health through counseling one-on-one and/or in a group setting.

Saint Leonard's Ministries provides supportive transitional housing for formerly incarcerated men and women through Saint Leonard's House, Grace House (women only), Saint Andrew's Court, and Harvest Commons Residence. This includes case management, benefits application assistance, AA groups, NA groups, relapse prevention, spiritual enrichment, and permanent housing search assistance.

Bobby E. Wright Comprehensive Behavioral Health Center (B.E.W.) provides temporary and transitional housing for male and female adults, 18 years and older, who are experiencing psychiatric, emotional, situational, and environmental crises.

AIDS Foundation of Chicago's supportive housing programs are collaborations of community-based social service providers that simultaneously care for the medical and housing needs of people who are chronically ill (with HIV or another chronic disease) and homeless. The project partners believe that when homeless individuals with chronic medical conditions are able to focus their energies on healing and maintaining their health, rather than coping with the challenging circumstances that arise from living on the streets and in shelters, their health will improve.

BEDS Plus provides transitional housing and other services for youth ages 18 to 24 that are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Walk-ins during business hours are accepted as well as calling to schedule an appointment. Services include trauma-informed housing, intensive case management, and connections to other housing and supportive services.

Transitional Housing for Homeless Men with HIV/AIDS: Services includes temporary housing, counseling, groups to include increased access to job opportunities, resume writing, hygiene kits, food access, transportation to and from doctor, prescription pickup and referrals. Serves 25-30 men with AIDS/HIV a year.

The Family Living Center: The Family Living Center provides safe transitional housing, plus a comprehensive supportive service system to help metro east families overcome homelessness.

Women's Night Program: Provides an overnight emergency shelter for single women experiencing homelessness, mental illness and substance use disorder. Also provides support services to prepare women for permanent housing.

Participants and their children live in Almost Home's transitional living facility and are expected to attend school, counseling, life skills classes and parenting classes. Participants may stay in the program for up to 24 months and beyond.

Families can reside in a single-family home for up to four years while working with a case worker to set goals. Families have access to numerous community resources such as child care, life skills training, tutoring and other educational services, as well as recreational and community service opportunities.

Long Term Transitional Housing program: Provides counseling, meals, employment support, and access to psychiatrist's level care.

Rapid Re-Housing: Program assisting with housing needs for homeless individuals and families with children.

Overnight shelter at multiple locations. Staff will assess housing crisis, discuss access to resources, provide support with housing planning and identity all steps to be taken.

Two year program where clients can live in an apartment complex. That is staffed to support the individuals. During their stay, clients can also receive case management and independent skills classes. Services including: - Budgeting - Cooking - Cleaning

Provides a transitional living facility for justice-involved males ages 17.5 - 21 years. Offers an alternative to jail or probation. Provides support for educational completion, employment skills, money management, and other life skills. Treatment may include the following services: - Individual and family counseling - High school diploma or GED preparation - Assistance in college or trade school enrollment - Job finding assistance - Vocational opportunities - Budgeting and money-management training - Conflict resolution and anger management counseling

Transitional Housing for young adults who are homeless. Services for residents include educational, career guidance and resources.

Provides domestic violence and sexual assault services, including transitional housing, specifically for women and children in Asian American communities. Bilingual services offered in Korean and English.

Six month to year-long faith-based transitional living arrangement for single women and women with children, who are homeless. Services and resources available to participants include meals, clothing indoor and outdoor play areas, as well as faith-based guidance classes in parenting, financing, cooking and computer skills.
