Improvements may offer: - Sealing drafty areas - Insulating attics, walls, basements, and crawl spaces - Repairing or Replacing heating systems - Enhancing indoor air quality and ventilation
Provides rebates on a wide range of energy-saving improvements and conservation practices to residents. Available rebates include: - $500 for an integrated boiler and hot water heater two-in-one unit - $350 for a standalone hot water boiler - 200 for a natural gas furnace - $150 for a steam boiler - $150 for a tankless water heater and an indirect water heater - $25 for a smart thermostat - $20 for a programmable thermostat Weatherization Rebates: - Air sealing 40 cents per cubic feet per minute (CFM) reduction Capped at $400 - Wall insulation 50 cents per square foot Capped at $400 per project. - Attic insulation 30 cents per square foot Capped at $500 per project - Duct sealing $2/CFM reduction Capped at $400 Also assesses the needs of the home and makes a list of energy-saving products to install in the home. Program that helps reduce home energy loss and cost of utilities by completing home repairs after initial home inspections. Repairs include air sealing measures, insulating walls and attics, weather stripping of exterior doors, installing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and LED light bulbs. **NOTICE: No new applications accepted until further notice. Clients must have an income at or below 150% of the poverty level to qualify.
