Offers assistance for emergency housing and/ mitigation services for unforeseeable or "Act of God" disasters which leave the residence unlivable or present a considerable health risk.

Provides emergency assistance to individuals and families who find themselves without the basic necessities for survival. Funding is limited to rent assistance, utility and water assistance, clothing and winter coat vouchers, and emergency food.

Each individual will be interviewed to determine the need, the best method to meet that need, and offer life skills guidance to prevent further occurrence of the emergency situation. Referrals are made to other human services agencies when appropriate.
