Franklin Avenue, Franklin Park, IL 60131Henrich House - 1301 Ashland Avenue, Des Plaines, IL 60016All completed applications will be accepted, but only 150 applicants will be placed on the waitlist. A computer-generated lottery system will be used to determine which applicants are selected and the order of applicants on the waiting list. For those selected, applicants who are currently on the HACC's Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program wait list will receive a preference.
