Amenities include: no entry fee required, no minimum length of stay required, private rooms, 24-hour on-site supervision, social worker available, full-time recreation and activities program, transportation and supervision for medical and/or social activities, support groups meet at the facility, psychiatric care, and medication administration.

Agency staff are not affiliated with any Senior Living Community; will only discuss services available. Staff will not make recommendations on any specific community, but may assist with scheduling tours and advises clients of the tools needed and questions to ask when touring a community. If requested, AgeLinc's Director of Development may accompany clients on tours.

Provides care support in community based homes to people with disabilities. Supported Community Living (SCL) Services are offered on a daily and/or hourly basis. Also provides HCBS Respite Services to both children and adults. Works to promote and encourage individual achievement. Will assist individuals to accomplish this by working closely with the individual receiving services, parents/guardian, Case Manager and other team members to coordinate services that focus on independence through skills including but not limited to household, community involvement, budgeting, cooking skills, and personal health and safety.

Services for people with an intellectual disability and who may also have a physical disability. The program consists of Residential Care Facility-Intellectual Disability (RCF-ID) licensed group homes housing eight individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Staff provide supervision, instruction, and assistance in community living. Residents receive 24-hour supervision and assistance and must participate in daily work or day habilitation services.
Offers a home to 24 men and women on 80 acres of farmland. Trained professionals work to help clients with autism gain important life skills, as well as providing assistance and support with vocational and educational opportunities. The program is home to a working farm operation and individuals served may choose to participate in paid work opportunities. Licensed as Intermediate Care Facility for people with intellectual disabilities (ICF/ID).

Most SLFs only admit people aged 65 and over but there is a limited number of facilities that provide services for Persons aged 22-64 who have a physical disability (as determined by the Social Security Administration).
