Offers a transitional housing program for individuals living with HIV that are homeless. Services available for those in the program case management, emergency food pantry, emergency assistance grants, HIV education. Must be engaged in case coordination with Champaign Urbana Health District and agree to participate in non-medical case management. Residents are expected to be actively seeking permanent housing. 

Provides transitional housing for up to 20 homeless veterans. This substance-free program serves veterans, including those who have completed substance abuse treatment. Participation requires a screening, and following program rules while working toward permanent housing. Oversees care for adults with serious mental illness. Services include case management, psychiatry, and medication management, as well as outreach for everything from job training to primary healthcare to daily life skills.

Provides a family style home designed to empower single, unwed mothers through continued education, vocational & hands on experience. A combination of structured independence, skill training, and life coaching will provide a home for the homeless, and the opportunity to build a stable future for themselves and their children. The program will require moms to participate and complete parenting classes, nutrition, pre-postnatal care, living skills, financing, healthy coping & relationship skills, yoga & art therapy, counseling and bible study. 

Each mom will be assigned a case manager who will help develop, design, and implement an individualized "life plan".

Also provides Christ-centered individual counseling (online and in person), and a faith-based addiction class.

Offers a transitional living program for youth ages 12-21. Services include mentoring and teaching the youth in getting and maintaining a job, managing money, completing education, housekeeping, daily living skills, and connecting to community resources. Life skill coaches may be available to the youth 24 hours a day.
