Town of Cicero Senior Services provides free door-to-door bus service, available 7 days a week for all medical appointments, doctor visits, and other needs of local seniors and individuals with a disability.

City of Palos Hills provides low-cost, door-to-door transportation within the limits of Palos Township for residents age 60 and above or individuals with disabilities. The bus is wheelchair equipped but is not equipped for medical emergencies.
City of Markham provides transportation for Markham resident senior citizens and/or disabled individuals to local medical appointments and local errands.
Offers free transportation services for seniors and adults with disabilities in West Deerfield, Vernon, Moraine, and Shields Townships. Provides assisted transportation and curb to curb service depending on client's needs. Clients can travel up to ten miles and allows for destinations outside of Lake County. Service can be used for shopping, errands, medical appointments, social events, or other needs.
Offers reservation-based transportation services for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Provides curb-to-curb service. All buses are wheelchair accessible and equipped with lift ramps. NOTE: Individuals with disabilities must be ADA Paratransit Certified.
