Public transportation to Rock Island, Milan, Moline, East Moline, Silvis, Carbon Cliff, Colona, and Hampton; connecting routes to Iowa are available.

Channel Cat water taxi operates Memorial Day through Labor Day, including weekends, weather permitting; cost is $8 for adults, and $4 for children ages 2-10; tickets are for all day unlimited use on day of purchase.

Ticket agent for Greyhound Lines and Burlington Trailways at Centre Station in Moline.

LOVELL FHCC TRANSPORTATION SERVICE | VETERANS ASSISTANCE COMMISSION - MCHENRY COUNTY

Provides transportation service to the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (Lovell FHCC) for honorably discharged veterans who have a medical appointment at the facility. The service may include transportation expense assistance, such as financial support or resources for individuals who lack other means of transportation. A family member may be permitted to ride along to assist the veteran.

Provides curb to curb transportation within Rochelle including to the senior center, for shopping or to work, and for medical and other types of appointments.

Call at least 24 hours in advance, but will try to accommodate on shorter notice, For travel outside of Rochelle, call the Rock River Center (800-541-5479) or the Lee Ogle Transportation System (LOTS) (888-239-9228).

New Trier Township's Dial-A-Ride is a door-to-door taxi service that provides registered riders with discounted fares. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, residents call a designated taxi service, make a reservation for their trip, and receive a reduced rate compliments of New Trier Township.

Dial A Ride Service - Village of Crestwood - Main Office

Village of Crestwood has a small Pace Bus that is available to all Crestwood residents to use to get around town. The bus will take residents anywhere within the Village of Crestwood corporate limits. The Dial A Ride bus service is available, Monday through Friday during the operating hours of 9:00am to 3:45pm. The Dial A Ride bus service is not available on observed Holidays when Village Hall is closed. The bus is equipped with a lift to accommodate wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and walkers.
