Temporary Visitor Driver's License are license given to undocumented residents in the state of Illinois that can be obtained at the secretary of state.

Registers vehicles in Illinois and licenses their drivers. Other major DMV functions include:
- Recording ownership (certificate of title) of the vehicles DMV registers.
- Maintaining driving records (accidents and convictions) of licensed drivers.
- Issuing identification cards for individuals.
- Registering and recording ownership of vessels.
- Licensing and regulating driving and traffic violator schools and their instructors.
Also provides a service email for residents who have a driver’s license suspension or revocation or any other loss of driving privileges.

- Assistance with green cards, citizenship, counseling, legal services.
- On-site therapy, counseling, group-based programming, and individual/family case management to improve lives of immigrants who have experienced severe loss and trauma.

Undocumented immigrants living in Illinois may apply for a three-year temporary driver's license driver's license. Immigrants who can prove they have lived in Illinois for a year must walk-in for assistance in obtaining the special license. Applicants age 18-20 must have completed a 6-hour adult driver education and training course. All applicants must pass vision, written, and driving tests and will be required to obtain auto insurance.
Provides drivers license issuing and renewal services, Voter Registration, State ID Cards, and License Plates.
