Provides services to both juveniles and adults who have been ordered by the Court to abide by certain conditions as part of a sentence. Those conditions may include counseling, curfews, public service work, electronic monitoring, drug testing and payment of restitution and fines. Other conditions are added as determined necessary by the Courts.
The First Judicial District Department of Correctional Services provides supervision of adult probationers, parolees, and pre-trial clients (pre-trial clients can be released from jail by posting bond, being released on their own recognizance, or through the Department of Correctional Services pre-trial supervision)
Juvenile division monitors juvenile probationers for the court in Rock Island County.

Provides court services to individuals in Crawford County. Including supervision (probation) of adults or juveniles, information or support with the legal system, help with other social agencies, access to individual or group counseling, and an abuser treatment program.

Provides probation supervision for offenders after being convicted of a criminal offense as ordered by the Court; in lieu of incarceration. Also provides parole and probation and presentence services for justice involved adults and provides court ordered domestic violence educational interventions for adults convicted of family/domestic violence.

Prepares court reports for the Juvenile Court of Lancaster County. Supervises youth placed on probation or temporary orders of supervision by the Juvenile Court of Lancaster County.
