The Basta! (Enough!) Domestic Violence Program provides a wide range of counseling and supportive services for survivors of domestic violence. The top priority of the program is to keep victims and their vulnerable family members safe. They operate under a trauma-informed, strength-based model that emphasizes empowerment and independent decision-making. Participants are given information, encouragement, and support in order to rebuild their lives and achieve safety, self-sufficiency, and peace for themselves and their families.

They can provide: 1) Trauma-Informed Clinical Case Management: Assistance accessing victim services and violence reimbursement application funds, crisis intervention, service coordination, safety planning, and self-care guidance. 2) Outpatient Clinical Counseling and Medication Management: Individual and family counseling services for adults and children. (Some services require insurance and/or Medicaid/Medicare). 3) Community Outreach and Education: Community education for trauma-informed care, safety and self-care guidance, and resiliency responses to trauma and violence. 4) Community Healing Advocacy: Public speakers bureau, legal advocacy, community memorials, and pop-up peace events.

The Community Outreach Program provides counseling, advocacy, and outreach to survivors of domestic violence. Community Outreach staff facilitate workshops in schools to educate students on the signs and effects of domestic violence. They also teach conflict resolution and healthy relationship-building skills. Community Outreach staff facilitate over ten on-site and community-based support groups weekly for victims of domestic violence. These provide a safe, confidential place for survivors to express their feelings and experiences while receiving the support and empowerment they need to make healthy, secure choices for themselves and their families.
