National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make local neighborhoods safer, and better places to live. The event happens once a year, on the first Tuesday in August.

The Bigs with Badges matches youth ages 6-17 with law enforcement professionals. The program is part of Big Brothers Big Sisters' national initiative to bridge divides in communities and create a positive impact on both our law enforcement officers and our youth. Youth can enroll in the Community Based Program with an option to have a Big from the Bigs with Badges Program.
