Low Cost Legal Help and Coaching - Administer Justice - CTC Social Justice Center

Administer Justice provides a wide range of services to meet both the immediate and future needs of low-income individuals facing civil legal matters once monthly at a participating community justice center. They help with cases involving: divorce/custody, landlord/tenant, debt/collections, estate planning, immigration and criminal records.

- Community placements.

- Nursing homes.

Issues addressed include, but are not limited to: admission and discharge from hospitalization, adequate treatment, refusal of unwanted services, and confidentiality of mental health records. Assistance takes the form of information, referral, and legal representation in court hearings and administrative proceedings.

Advises and aids veterans and their dependents in applying for federal benefits through compensation or pension claims.
