Provides training, support services, and job referral opportunities with employers in Central Illinois for U.S. Military veterans. Can also assist with veterans benefits through a V.A. Accredited Claims Agent who is available by appointment.

Provides permanent supportive housing to male veterans. Provides and coordinates all services including treatment for post-traumatic stress syndrome, substance abuse, stress, anxiety and psychological counseling. Can also help with budgeting, clothing, legal assistance, food, transportation, entitlement benefits, medical care, job training, education, and job placement services.

Helps veterans maneuver through the Department of Veterans Affairs in regards to:

- Healthcare.

- Disability Claims.

- Pension Claims.

- Education.

Also helps surviving family members with their dealings with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Financial assistance is provided to Military Veterans who served in the Armed Forces of the United States. This assistance is designed to help veterans and their families, who are in need of shelter. All assistance is paid by voucher to the vendor.

Aims to stabilize these families in housing, while providing on-going support as needed to sustain independent living.

Services may include, rental and utility deposits, limited rental and utility assistance, limited moving costs and emergency supplies, case management services, transportation assistance, information and referrals to community resources, assistance in obtaining VA benefits, assistance in obtaining and securing other public benefits, and assistance in securing permanent housing.

Provides guidance, advice, referrals, and connection of benefits for Servicemembers, Veterans, and their families. RCTAA works as a referral conduit and partner with local, state, and federal agencies that support the Military and veteran community. The ten areas that covered include State Benefits, Disabled Veteran Benefits, Education and Training, Employment Assistance, Financial Assistance, Health and Life Insurance, Legal Assistance, Relocation Assistance, Effects of a Career Change, and Physical Mental Health and Well Being.

Provides assistance to veterans and their dependents in applying for federal benefits, including compensation or pension claims, and benefits available through federal, state, or local laws. Offers emergency financial assistance for basic necessities such as rent or mortgage payments, utilities, burial benefits, transportation assistance (bus tokens) and food.

Assistance to veterans and their families in obtaining forms for claims to State and Federal Agencies, such as:
- U.S. and Illinois Department of Veteran Affairs
- Social Security Administration
- Department of Human Services
- Others to secure the benefits and services to which they are entitled
- Helps veterans obtain DD214
- Military medical records
- Other service-related documents
