City Colleges of Chicago (CCC) operates its Child Development Schools at five of its campuses. They offer services for children between 2 and 5 years old as a Chicago Early Learning community partner with the Chicago Department of Family Support Services and Chicago Public Schools. They welcome and provide services to children with special needs. In addition, they receive subsidized funding from Head Start, Preschool for All, and IL Child Care Assistance Program for families that qualify, and they have a sliding tuition scale which makes it affordable for all families.
